System build trigger!

“Learning is the key to growth”.

If you have big goals and don’t know where to start or how to plan. Then here is the Plan of Action for you, to make your growth more upright!

1. The Road less traveled by.

Our Goals are the destination, and our hurdles are the roads. Unless we face them, we cannot witness what’s ahead! It may or may not be clear to everyone what their real or exact goals are! But if we have even a little idea of what we want in life, I believe we can start building a path to reach there and the rest will fall in a place as we go ahead.

Because the best time to start is NOW. Defining goals and building a system is a must to achieve what is desired, therefore we need a system to build our path.

2. ALL in One and One in ALL

A good System is nothing but a productive routine that includes your health, hobbies, work, family, and friends.

If we neglect our health, it may become an urgency after some time and could lead to a great pause for our upcoming achievements. If we don’t have a hobby or anything which interests us, our chances are, we may become dull and that will definitely affect our mindset and we may lose great opportunities, that may have the capability of changing the lives forever. No one knows it, right! Neglecting one’s responsibilities and work is never a good idea! In fact, this may nerve down a lot of situations that we may not be able to handle later on. Procrastinating (the art of delaying) which we are pro at! needed to be replaced with better work ethics like- Focus thinking and leadership etc these ethics will help you improve your work life and balancing it is another huge task.

Without our support systems like family and friends, we may get strayed from our path and these are the most neglected people when we are on a journey of exploring and finding ourselves. Trust me, taking a little time for them every day will make your life a lot better.

3. Divide and Rule-

The biggest roadblocks we face during the planning of our “Big Goals” is how to implement the big plan. The thing is, even if we try to apply the big plan without breaking it down or without any backups, we may lose the track of it and end up wasting a lot of time. So, dividing your big plan into different small plans and again, dividing them into a 1-day task list will be more effective and will bring better outcomes. As said in Atomic Habits by James Clear- 1% better each day!

4. Mental and Spiritual Health

Adding Meditation, body workout, a healthy breakfast, and having an organized task list in the morning will help you kick start your day and will make you feel more confident one will be more likely to accomplish the tasks on time and thus making it a day!

5. Work-it

Applying the 90/20 Rule i.e., 90 minutes of work and 20 minutes of break. Making a fixed time for meals and snacks. All this management and organization will make you a better person and you will get a lot of free time to spend later on your hobbies.

6. Reading Plans

Reading books makes you smarter, wiser, and a lot more. It’s the best gift one can give to themselves. It’s easy to start reading books if you follow the 12/12 Rule i.e., 1 book per month at least. This way you will be able to read 12 books in a year, and that’s not a bad score for a beginner. Who knows you end up loving books and the score becomes more than 12 and that’s quite a move!

No matter if you read daily or not but if you plan to finish at least 1 book per month, you will automatically find time for it. And that’s how good habits are built.
